Health education Promotion
This program promotes the right to health as enshrined in the unconvention. It educates, train and sensitize youth and community members about hygiene, nutrition, care for the bodies, general cleanness, treatment adherence and health check ups.
APY uses youth friendly services and innovative ways in implementing HIV/AIDS and drug/alcohol
abuse prevention. We use the youth to youth strategies through the following.
Adolescent Reproductive Health
Young people are educated about their health, prevention from early pregnancies and Sexual diseases, HIV testing, counseling, treatment, referrals. Adolescent Reproduction this is done through training sessions and awareness campaigns, family planning, enhancing proper nutrition and sanitation.
Malaria prevention
A number of strategies through education, training and sensitisation of the youth and community
members are used to help in the prevention o malaria. Use of insecticide treated nets where resources allows are provided and members tought how to hang and use them.
VolunteerĀ program:
This isĀ program is promoted by the organisation for exposure of young people to other communities, environment, situation, world and culture for them to appreciate. The program is also conducted for networking and building relationships with other people from other different walks of life other then where they are.

To expose young people to the rest of the world and environment Offer chance to young people to learn and share from one another different skills. - Create opportunities for young people to offer their expertise To help people who may wish to come to Africa for holidays, camping, touring and or on exchange program with organizations
- To assist students on internship and those wishing to volunteer in Africa to be placed in community organisation and Universities
These youth supported voluntary activities, partnership aimed at exploring field training experiences and research for development for booth academic development work and freelance tours are welcomed. Volunteers carry out tasks that would otherwise not be possible, these include teaching at
local schools, sports coaching, IT training, HIV/AIDS counselings.
